SchoolSwap is an online marketplace that allows users to:

• List school-related items
• Exchange, sell, or barter items
• Communicate with other users

Spirit Arabia Ventures F.Z.E. is NOT:

• A buyer or seller
• A party to any transaction
• A payment processor
• A delivery provider
• An agent for any user

We only provide the technology platform.

All transactions are conducted directly between users at their own risk.

4. User Accounts

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login details
• Not impersonate another person
• Not create multiple fraudulent accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for safety or compliance reasons.

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

Users must not list, exchange, or promote:

• Illegal items under UAE law
• Weapons or dangerous materials
• Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol, or controlled substances
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen property
• Inappropriate or adult material
• Items unrelated to school use

Users must not:

• Harass or bully others

• Use the Platform for commercial reselling businesses
• Attempt to bypass moderation
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Violation may result in permanent account termination.

6. Safety Disclaimer

The Platform is used by minors.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Platform.

Spirit Arabia Ventures F.Z.E. does not guarantee:

• The condition or authenticity of items
• The safety of in-person exchanges

Users meet and transact at their own risk.

7. Messaging and Monitoring

8. Fees

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed AED 500.

12. Indemnification
